O2 Ella Hotel

Our accommodation was set in a very central location just off cafes, and restaurants and other sites, as well as places to get laundry done. It also was near everything👍😃

The hotel needed a face lift.

I really enjoyed 2 nights there. Everything there was really good and the staff were very very helpful and friendly. The room was brand-new and reasonably large and what's more - included a shampoo and a soap. The bathroom was spacious, that's important. Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants, bars and shops. It also was near everything.

Great and lovely place, free parking, very helpful staff. New building and rooms with a balcony. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. The service in general was nice. Location very close to restaurants, bars and shops, centre of Ella, and cafes and restaurants.

The rooms were brand-new and large as for me, with a balcony. It met requirements.

This place is in a great spot, super close to the town center and all the cool restaurants. the staff here are really friendly and always ready to assist you with anything you need. 😊.

I got a great-sized and brand-new room with a balcony. the location of the hotel was the best possible and convenient, just a short distance from Ella Spice Garden.

This hotel is a great find in terms of value for money. You get a lot for what you pay, especially considering the prime location close to the town center and restaurants. The rooms are well-maintained and some even have a balcony for a nice view. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. The basic amenities provided, such as hot water, air conditioning, and WiFi, are up to standard. the breakfast offered is satisfying, giving you a good start to your day.

Everything was fine during my stay, no complaints at all.

The staff were great too make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even offered us room service for dinner when we arrived late. The location is perfect, close to all the important sites and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were far above average. The only minor drawback was that the towels were brand new and had a slight smell from the factory. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Ella.

Our recent family stay in the green hills of central Sri Lanka was incredibly pleasant. the location was convenient to explore the town, with many great restaurants nearby. the room and bathroom were very clean and well, equipped with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, and coffee, making facilities. the friendly staff provided us with excellent service and a delicious local breakfast each morning. Plus, the hotel was only a short tuk, tuk ride away from popular sights like Ella Rock and Nine Arch Bridge.

We did experience some noise disturbances due to the hotel's lack of sound insulation, similar to one of the other reviews we read.

stayed at a different hotel last time in ella but o2 really impressed us! spacious room, comfy bed, and friendly staff made our stay special. perfect location with lots of restaurants nearby. definitely recommend!

The room was quite spacious and clean. We had a balcony with a great view and our bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. They provided us with fresh towels, toiletries, and drinking water without us having to request it. The breakfast was good and consisted of local dishes.

The location of the hotel was not ideal as it was quite far from the main attractions and we had to take a tuk-tuk to get anywhere. The hotel did not have proper sound insulation, we could hear everything which made it impossible to sleep at night.

O2 Ella - Centrally located, clean hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a large bathroom. Great value for money. Helpful staff and ample parking. Good wifi and hot water.

As an avid traveler, I can say that this hotel ticks all the boxes for a good stay. From the spacious shower to the clean facilities, every detail is well taken care of. The staff is helpful, humorous, and accommodating, always ready to offer service with a smile. The breakfast is also worth mentioning, with a variety of delicious options including local cuisine. this hotel is located in a prime location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

Don't have any issues at all.

The room at O2 Ella was great, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air-conditioning kept me cool during the hot days, and I loved having a flat-screen TV to relax and watch some shows. The fridge and kettle were handy for keeping my drinks and snacks, and the wardrobe provided ample space for my belongings. The balcony was a nice addition, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea and admiring the view. I felt really at home in the room as a business traveler.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor a bit cold for my liking. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure others would appreciate it.
